Step 1: Contact Us
For immediate assistance, please contact us at (02) 9137 0404. We are available 24/7 and can arrange a tow truck collection if needed, along with a replacement vehicle.
Step 2: Claim Handling & Lodgement
A dedicated staff member will guide you through the claim process to ensure it’s as efficient and seamless as possible. Once the claim is processed, our in-house estimators will determine and finalise the optimal repair method to restore your vehicle to its factory specifications.
Step 3: Repair Process
Once repair authorisation is received, parts will be ordered and repairs will begin. You will receive regular updates throughout the repair process, along with estimated completion dates.
Step 4: Vehicle Completion
Your vehicle will be restored to factory specifications and undergo a thorough Quality Control Assessment, including a complimentary detail. We also offer pick-up and delivery services from your home or place of business.
